Very good quality but took longer than expected to be made due to them phoning and not leaving a number for me to return the call on the message and then they phoned a couple of weeks later

As this range comes directly from the supplier, we do need to allow up to 3 weeks for delivery once we have all of the relevant details. We can see that we did try to call you and subsequently sent a follow up email when we hadn’t had a response from yourself so our apologies that you did not see this.

This mat looks pretty but is not fit for purpose.

The underside is smooth so when you step on it, you slip.

The manufacturer wouldn't take it back and replace the backing because, it's the only backing they have.

Quite honestly, it was a complete waste of money

We did relay their feedback to the manufacturers regarding the backing, although we should point out that there have been no past issues with the stability of the mat. As per our terms and conditions, we are unfortunately not able to return personalised items.
