I was disappointed when I received this rug as the colour is much darker than shown on the website. I also had problems with deliver as it stated that it was in stock when ordered and subsequently was found to be out of stock. Had to wait 3 weeks longer than promised. It is however good quality and value for money.

I am sorry to hear that you had a further delay on your item, we do state on the website that as these are sent direct from the supplier we do have to allow up to 3 weeks delivery on them apologies if this was not clear to you when placing your order.
I understand after looking at your account that the rug was also out of stock with the supplier and again my apologies we were not informed of this in time to let you know.
With regard to the coloour of the rug, I am sorry the colour is not suitable to you we are able to collect non suitable items and this would have incurred a collection charge.
