Cottage Oak Bedside Cabinet

A very attractive solidly built item of furniture, unfortunately spoilt by damage to the wood in the manufacture. The damage seemed to have been caused by tools, or maybe metal packing pieces. I repaired it myself using wood filler from a DIY store.



The Cottage Oak collection is one of our best-selling ranges and is popular due to its rustic finish. The slight distressing is somewhat of its appeal as it gives the range a warm, natural finish. We’re always disappointed to hear that we have not delighted our customers and are grateful for any customer feedback. In this case we have contacted the customer above about an arranging an exchange or refund and have resolved the situation to make sure they are happy. On the rare occasion that a customer is sent a damaged or faulty item, we will offer to either replace it or collect and provide a full refund.
