This item proved to be of poor quality with rather rough edges in places. As with the 2+3 item I had ordered in this line, I decline to give it a rating.

The product is great but I would not recommend this company because of their delivery problems. It took over two weeks before the product got to the delivery company. The delivery company never contacted me until I chased them up only to be told they would not be delivering in my area till the next week! I had to specially request that they deliver my product that week and finally took delivery at night - the van having broken down on the way!

The customer did receive the goods within the timescales quoted our website at the point of order, but we have subsequently changed couriers companies in this area and our new team are now able to deliver in stock items within a minimum of 48 hours notice.
