Product fine. Little surprised that delivery man left two pensioners -73 and 67--to carry dressing table and packaging from front door to bedroom. I know you have to be competitive but I have bought products from John Lewis and House of Fraser in the past few weeks and the contrast in the service could not have been more obvious.

I didn't actually get to see the unit as the delivery chaps wouldn't unwrap it for me and take it up the stairs (it wouldn't go up). A word of caution, do check the dimensions of your stairwell or you will be charged £45 for a return as I was.

No problems ordering this dressing table and it arrived well packaged and on time. But not impressed with the quality of the drawers, they didn't fit properly, with no slider or guide grove they wobbled about from side to side and consequently sat at an awkward angle with irregular gaps either side when closed. It was a shame. I telephoned customer services and sending them back was not a problem. The courier collected them within a few days at the agreed time. Not received my refund yet though but it has only been a few days so expecting it soon.
