Haven't really got anything positive to say. Spent 3 days waiting in for the delivery, as never turned up when it should, it finally arrived at 5pm on the 3rd day and on opening it found it was basically in pieces. When phoning customer services was told they could pick up the next day but couldn't confirm a time, so would have to spend a 4th day of the school holidays waiting in. Cotswold were apologetic but didn't try to make things better or try to keep the business, a 'what can we do for you' or a small discount on a 're order would probably have kept my business but now will never order from them again as service not great at all.
