Very disappointed with this product. We ordered this at the end of July on the internet. We then received it 6 weeks later after finding out it wasn't in stock (no mention on the internet), so the company had our money for 6 weeksBuilding it was a nightmare as once we started building it, we discovered that they had sent us a wrong side panel. The holes didn't match & there were either no holes where they should have been, or plenty of holes when they weren't needed. In the end we had to pay a carpenter to improvise & build it for us (we thought about sending it back but as we were desperate for space & the original order took 6 weeks, we didn't know when we'd get a replacement). To top things off, there is a gap between the doors. The company have refused to refund me for the money we spent on the carpenter & are deciding on how best to hide the gap. VERY very disappointing product & have no intention of buying from this company again.

I'm sorry to hear of the problems that you've experienced with this product, we do advise on every product page whether an item is in stock or if there is a lead time on delivery. We do have a parts team at our distribution centre who can send out replacement pieces if necessary, or we can order directly from our manufacturers which I believe is what we have done to resolve the issue with the gaps between your doors. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse you for hiring a carpenter to build this product, as these items are advertised as requiring assembly due to being flat packed. I am unable to review this product as we have had to replace one side panel. Sadly we are on our 3rd replacement side panel, this has caused disruption to the bedroom and inconvenience for about 3 weeks now. If anyone reading this can do anything to help please do.
