Bourton Small Ivory Storage Bench

Very happy with the product. Have purchased other items in range so aware of the high build quality and the colour. I still blv that item is a little overpriced. With regret the purchase experience was let down by very poor communication on delivery date which meant waiting all day for the item to finally be delivered at seven thirty pm, at no time was I kept informed and continually had to contact Cotswold to try and chase delivery contractor.

Product looks good, but the bottom panels are already cracking and showing signs of wear after only a month. Lets hope it does not get any worse! After waiting and waiting for it to be delivered I dont feel that it was the greatest of purchases especially as its quite pricey for an MDF product. But it does look good

Unfortunately the bench looks a little small where we want to put it. It's very difficult to tell from the brochure how it will look. We have arranged to change it for the Tetbury natural hall bench which has larger dimensions all round. No problem with the product at all and Customer services have been very helpful in arranging the swap.

We are returning product as we felt it was more yellow than ivory
