This is why we have selected the best specialist removal teams in the country to carry out your delivery. The Cotswold Company home delivery service is designed to offer you convenience and value. We offer three types of delivery service to best meet the needs of our customers and aim to deliver within 7 - 14 days.

Delivery Charges, Timings and Services

In order to give you the best value your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. To find out exactly how much your delivery will cost please add your chosen items to your basket. Take advantage of our great offer of FREE two man delivery on orders over £500 to achieve the best value delivery service.

Non-UK Mainland Deliveries

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Scottish Islands. We are able to deliver to a port, for more information about this service please contact our customer service team.

In all instances we will clearly show you the delivery charges specific to your order before your checkout. If you are unclear about how much delivery will be please add the items you are interested in, into your basket and select the additional options you wish. Alternatively you can call us on our free phone number 0844 984 0003 where one of our team will happily talk you through the charges and options applicable.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery is available on all orders over £500. Surcharges still apply in the designated areas.

Delivery Types Expanded:

Parcel (small item delivery) - £9.95 per item.

Key points:

• £9.95 per item
• After 4th item we upgrade your delivery to Standard delivery
• Delivered between 8am and 5pm and is available Monday – Friday (Saturday deliveries are available in some areas)
• We will contact you approx. 3 days before delivery with an arranged date.
• Surcharge fees do not apply

Full description

Small or light items (under 25kg) delivered by a parcel courier are exempt from any area surcharges. If an item is eligible for a Small Item Delivery, it will be stated on the individual product page. Parcel Courier deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. They do not telephone before delivery. If no one is at home when they arrive they first contact your neighbours, failing this they will leave a card so you can arrange another delivery date free of charge. Our next day delivery service can be added to this type of delivery.

2 man delivery to room of choice - £39

Key points:

• Free for orders over £500
  
• For orders under £500 it is £39 for delivery
  
• Two man delivery
• You can choose which room you would like the furniture to be placed in – this includes upstairs and 1st/2nd floor flats
• You will receive a call one hour before their arrival
• Deliveries require a signature when receiving the order

The Cotswold Company two-man home delivery service is our hassle-free solution for delivery of all heavy items and large orders. You can sit back and relax as your delivery is in the capable hands of our specialist removal teams.

We'll deliver direct to your room of choice anywhere in Britain and Ireland (providing there is sufficient access). Our driver will call you on the day of delivery within one hour of arrival, allowing you to get on with your day.

If you are not present when we attempt to make the delivery you will be liable for any re-delivery charges.

Additional Options

Unpack, take away packaging and recycle

Ordering big items naturally brings with it a lot of packaging and disposing of that packaging can prove difficult. Our specialist removal team will unpack and take away the packaging for you, leaving you with more time and space to enjoy your new furniture. The process doesn’t end there; our team separates the packaging and takes it to a recycling facility. This option will be added automatically if you are having a two-man delivery service.

Please be aware that with the Unpack and remove packaging option we ask you to sign to confirm your 100% satisfaction before the delivery team departs, as we are unable to accept goods back without packaging at a later date. Our delivery team will inspect the furniture for any marks or damage when they unpack it and they will also give you ample time to check the item. This does not affect your rights to exchange the item should a manufacturing fault develop at a later stage – please see Item 5 of our Terms & Conditions for further details
