Timings

 Most in-stock items will be despatched within 10 days via a parcel delivery service. Out-of-stock items will despatch on a similar timescale once in stock. You will be advised of any changes in the expected in-stock date.

For in-stock orders you will be offered ** a choice of delivery dates at the checkout, with the first available typically being 12-15 days from now. For out-of-stock orders, as soon as all your furniture items are available for delivery, we will contact you to agree a delivery date.

**except for certain remote postcodes, where we will call you to arrange delivery - these are detailed below.

EXPRESS DELIVERY -  items marked

We offer Express Delivery on all items marked with  as long as they are in stock. Place your order by 12 noon Monday to Friday and your order will be delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday). The cost of this is a supplement of £3.50 in addition to the standard delivery charge. Express delivery is only available on the UK mainland and excludes the following postcodes: AB, DD8-11, HS, KW1-17, IM, IV1-36, IV40-56, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-50, TR21-25 and ZE. For orders containing items  not available for express delivery, the express delivery items will be delivered on the next working day and the remaining items will be delivered within the standard delivery times below.


DELIVERY - standard items and items marked

With the exception of personalised products, most in-stock items are despatched within 5 working days and will be delivered by one of our parcel delivery partners within 5 working days of despatch. We use a number of despatch locations and you may receive more than one delivery for a single order.


FURNITURE DELIVERY - items marked

For the UK mainland we deliver to almost every postcode every day and you will be able to choose a delivery date at the time of ordering (for out of stock items you will be contacted once in stock to arrange a delivery date). A day or two before delivery you will be called to confirm delivery and will be given a four-hour delivery window. For N Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly, Isle of Man and certain remote mainland postcodes you will be contacted by our delivery partner within 7 days of ordering to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.

For the following postcodes: PA21, PA22, PA23, PA27, AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE, you will be contacted directly once your order is at the depot to arrange a delivery day. Deliveries will typically be made within 7 working days of your order being received at the depot. For all other areas, you will receive a delivery date when you place your order.

All delivery crews carry identification and, if required, will call you en-route to give you an approximate arrival time. Your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice. Assembled furniture will be unpacked and all packing materials removed. You will be required to inspect the good thoroughly before accepting delivery. Please ensure that furniture will fit into the room for which it is intended, and that it will fit through all access points to the room.
