All deliveries with The Cotswold Company are free of charge. To receive your free delivery just start shopping.

Your order will be delivered in one of three ways by our expert delivery teams. To see what kind of delivery your order qualifies for, please read the descriptions below.

Large Item Delivery (Two Man) - FREE

If your order is over £500 or contains heavy items over 50kg, then you qualify for our Large Item delivery service.

Service Description:

  • Your furniture will be delivered between 7am – 9pm
  • We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date or you can book online
  • You will receive a call one hour before delivery
  • We will carry the furniture to a room of your choice
  • We will unpack your furniture and recycle the packaging on request.
    Please note we will be unable to unpack & recycle packaging for flat-pack items

Standard Delivery (One Man) - FREE

If your order is under £500 or contains heavy items less than 50kg, then you qualify for our Standard Item delivery service.

Service Description:

  • Your furniture will be delivered between 7am – 9pm
  • We'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date or you can book online
  • We'll deliver your furniture to the front entrance on the ground floor
    The delivery driver may require your assistance to unload heavy items

Parcel Delivery - FREE

If you have ordered home accessories or other small furniture items, typically lighter than 25kg, your order may be dispatched via one of our trusted parcel networks.

Service Description:

  • Your furniture will be delivered between 7am – 8pm
  • We'll deliver your furniture to the front entrance on the ground floor.
  • Accessories ordered with larger items may be delivered separately.

Express Delivery

Choosing the Express Delivery option at the checkout will allow you to receive delivery of your order within the next seven days. Orders placed before 12pm can be delivered to many regions the very next day.

Assembly Service

When taking advantage of our Large Item delivery service, you also have the option of having your furniture assembled for you. Our expert home delivery team will carry your furniture into the room of your choice, unpack, assemble and arrange your furniture with ease, disposing of the packaging afterwards.

Wardrobes and Beds - £45.00 each.

Other Part Assembled Items - £15.00 each.

To take advantage of our assembly service, please contact us with your order number to let us know. We will not be able to complete assembly unless the service has been requested prior to the delivery date.

Assembly is not available for flat packed items.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been despatched from our warehouse, but before delivery has been attempted, please be aware that you will incur an additional charge of £15.00 to return the item to our warehouse.

Please make sure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date. If find that you are unable to receive delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Non-UK Mainland Deliveries

Our delivery service covers the whole of the UK mainland. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Eire, but we can deliver to a port. For more information about this service please contact our Customer Service Team.

Delivery Surcharges:
