In order to obtain this finish, the furniture is waxed by hand several times, and as such you may find it has an initial odour upon opening the box, which will disappear after a short period of allowing the furniture to ‘breathe’. If this is the case, please open the doors/drawers of the item and leave for 24 hours before use.

ITEM CAME FAULTY AND WAS RETURNED.TOOK A DAY OF WORK NO APOLOGY.

Whilst we have numerous procedures in place to ensure that items arrive with our customers in prestine condition, items can unfortunately get damage in transit. If this is the case, we can either send replacement parts or exchange the whole item.
I can see that my colleague discussed the options with you and you decided to have a collection and refund, which was booked for the following day. The refund was then processed shortly afterwards.
