Ideal for larger dining rooms, it’s plenty big enough for everyday use but when there are more mouths to feed, it extends to a whopping 250cm by using the two extra, internally stored leaves. Crafted from sustainably sourced, solid red oak and oak veneers, its lightly distressed appearance will help it retain its rustic charm for years. Very nice, solid table. For those who may have doubts about the rustic finish fear not as the "aging process" has been done very unobtrusively. The table is quite high (too high for us) so we took 25mm off each leg and now it is fine (best to get this done on a machine given the chunky natures of the legs). The height of dining tables from the Cotswold Company vary from 750mm to 800mm - and I do not think this is unusual. Not sure why there is not a standard height but there clearly isn't.

Lovely table and a good size. Great value for the price. Looks lovely in the dining room. Easy extension mechanism. Better than expected for the money. Excellent delivery and assembly service.
