Farmhouse 8 Drawer Tallboy - Ivory

I am thrilled with this as it is just what I wanted. The picture is accurate and the baskets have more capacity than I expected. I use it to store all my fabrics and sewing "bits". Definitely fit for purpose and excellent service. Thank you.

This is a lovely product which was delivered on time. There was a bit of damage but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back etc! All in all we are pleased with the purchase.

I love this range. The tallboy is our second purchase & they look great in our conservatory. Excellent storage, stylish, practical & great quality. Can not recommend it highly enough !

As described on the website. Seems solidly made, though not used yet. I feel it is quite expensive for what it is; £199 perhaps a fairer price. Delivery expensive at £20, and delivery men unaware that they were expected to unpack it and place it in room of my choice.

I like the tallboy very much but it was a little expensive. It took 3 weeks for it to be delivered which was OK but not so good when I realised you had taken the money out of my account on the day of order! John Lewis only take the money when the product leaves the warehouse.....maybe you should consider that because it would affect my decision to order from you in the future.

Interesting the review options only include build quality and value for money and don't cover delivery!! After waiting ~8 weeks (typical delivery time for this) the unit arrived and was broken so we had to wait another week for a new delivery as so many items arrive damaged and returned it could it be done sooner (this is what I was told). Does not fill you with confidence and no remediation offered for inconvenience of my father-in-law taking an afternoon off to come to my house to take delivery. Final product only average as the drawers don't fit properly. Disappointing having waited so long. Won't be using Cotswold Company again.

I was very disappointed that I had to wait six months for the product. When it did arrive it did not match the one I had previously purchased from you. I shall not be ordering from you again.

A well made piece of furniture which,although not cheap, is reflected in the price. Only criticism is the ridiculous wait for the item to come into stock and be delivered.
