I ordered this item with some trepidation, having read previous customer reviews. Much to my delight, it arrived with a courteous and pleasant crew, well packaged, and in perfect condition. The crew unwrapped the item for me to inspect before signing for it's receipt and, they removed all the packaging when they left. The transaction couldn't have been more straightforward and has, altogether, been a most satisfactory experience.

Really practical and good finish. Definitely a good buy.

We received the item and when my husband unpacked it, it was completely broken and unusable. He called the delivery driver who had left only 5 minutes before to come back and he refused. We then had to wait a week with the broken furniture and a large box until a new one was delivered. The items are not of good quality but look very nice and serve a purpose. We will not be buying from Cotswold Co again.

So far we have received 2 of these both of which have arrived damaged, despite being assured he 2nd one would be quality control checked. Am now waiting for a 3rd to arrive. Annoying but Cotswold have dealt with the matter swiftly and kept me updated
