We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from The Cotswold Company. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order for any reason, at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange. All non-faulty items should be unused and in their original packaging and must be in perfect saleable condition to qualify for full refund. We regret that we do not refund delivery charges unless the whole order is returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return or Exchange

For items, see Furniture Returns below. For all other items:

1/ Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or refund.
2/ Send the parcel to : The Cotswold Company, Reedyford Mill, Pendle Street, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 7TT. We recommend that you retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
3/ We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks. 
4/ Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.
5/ Personalised items are not returnable unless faulty.

Furniture Returns

1/ At the point of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your product our delivery crew will take away the items there and then for a full refund or replacement. We regret that we do not refund delivery charges unless the whole order is returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2/ If you require a return at a later date please contact customer services by email or telephone to arrange collection. You will be advised of the collection charge at this time.
3/ Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless faulty.
4/ Made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
5/ For reasons of hygiene, mattresses cannot be returned once unwrapped.
