We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from The Cotswold Company. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, returning it is easy. Provided that goods are returned within 30 days in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, we will send an exchange or refund the cost of the item. See below for details.

Returns Policy
Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. You will be entitled to a replacement or refund if returned products, with a completed return form, reach us within 30 days of delivery. Please call customer services (0844 984 0444) to arrange a collection, which will be completed within 28 days, free of charge. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only; any delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund will be given.
We will not give refunds on the following items:
- Unsuitable goods that we have not been informed about within 30 days
- Mattresses that have been unwrapped
- Personalised items.
- Bespoke furniture.
Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please check your goods thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied before disposing of your packaging.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
