Tetbury Shoe Console Ivory

Would love to say this was what I wanted but I haven't got it. After having waited 6 wks for it, it arrived damaged and now I have to wait a further 11 weeks for it. No apology, no sympathetic words, no nothing to make me feel like the company cared.

The item arrived damaged but the service from Cotswold on reporting this was excellent. We came to an amicable agreement re discount and have kept the item. It is a fairly flimsy item but was not expensive, stores shoes attractively and looks good in our porch.

The console is perfect for the use intended, however it lacks in quality, in particular finishing on the sides was poor and below that i expected for the price.

Order arrived earlier than first estimated. Was kept informed at every stage and item was delivered in pristine condition and well packaged. many thanks.

Though the first shoe console we received was damaged and we had the inconvenience of staying in for another delivery, we were satisfied with the service and it looks very smart tucked under the stairs in the hallway.

The console looks well in our porch. Not the most robust piece of furniture but does our job.

I am extremely pleased with my shoe console and it has been much admired by my friends.

I'm very happy with this shoe console and would recommend it. I don't know how long it will last but for the moment it's just right.

I have already emailed you to tell you that the packaging was damaged and that there is a dent in the corner. The driver would n't take it back.

Looks stunning in our hall, fantastically useable. Only problem is that the baskets do not have enough room to slide in without scuffing the paintwork.

Very good. Fits well in the hallway if you are tight for space. Bit of damage on the back but given a small refund.

Very happy with this item as it fits perfectly in the space allocated to it. It is used daily and seem's up to the task even though I expected it to be heavier.

There was slight damage to the console. As a result a small reduction was given in the price and the after sales service was excellent.

This is an excellent product. It's beautiful and spacious - everything I had hoped.

Delivery was very slow, approx. 20 weeks. When the van arrived it wasn't on it. Was just glad to get the item in the end. Build quality seams fine

Very pleased with the Tetbury Shoe Console

I was disappointed I had to chase delivery after more than one email thanking me for my order! All other parts of the service were fine and the product arrived when eventually I was told it would.

Useful piece of furniture, built to a high standard. Not using it for shoes but for storage and generally tidying things up in the conservatory. I researched exhaustively and this was the best fit and most attractive for my purposes, though a tad expensive.

We're particularly impressed by its design and the capacity to store shoes, hats, scarves and gloves. But it is quite pricey.
