Although I do not mind paying for good quality I felt there were a couple of things not totally value for money. The joins in the wood on the desk top are, in places not true and feel sharp when you run your hand over them. Secondly there was a nail sticking up into the main pull down draw. This was pointed out to me by the delivery man. I have rectified this myself. I had had so much trouble purchasing and having to return other furniture items from different sources that I was totally fed up with the whole process of ordering on line that when I received the desk and found the minor flaws, I was not about to return yet another item. I kept the item but can assure you I was not totally happy with it.
