How to Order

Ordering online is quick and easy and the steps involved are set out below.

If you are having any trouble placing an order, please email us or call 0844 984 0003 for help, or to place the order by telephone.

You can look for products in two ways:
'Browsing' using the top menu to navigate to the categories you want to see and using the left-hand menus to narrow-down further
'Searching' using the box at the top of the page. You can search by product code, product name, material (eg. 'ash' or 'glass') or even style.

When you find a product that you would like to buy, select the specific size or style you would like, enter the quantity and then just click the "Add to Basket" button.

If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket click on "View Basket" button at the top of the page.

Once you have finished shopping select "Checkout" on the "View Basket" page and follow the on-screen instructions .
