Lazy Hazy Days

VIEW GARDEN COLLECTION

.... the words alone are enough to make us come over all relaxed and sleepy. And it's with the delicious prospect of long, languid summer days in mind that we are delighted to unveil our latest ideas for your outdoors. Encouraging you to enjoy your summer garden like never before, it's all about creating an outside space that's as comfortable and inviting as your living room. So luxury and relaxation are key, and what better expression of than our solid acacia wood Chill Lounger which has a tilted backrest which adjusts to three positions: relaxed, semi-consious and comatose...

And since the most comfortable piece of furniture in a living room is a sofa, we thought why not take the idea outside? So we have. Our Hartwell Garden Sofa is made from oiled solid acacia wood just like other quality garden furniture and topped with deep hollowfibre cushions which make it an exceptional stylish and comfortable spot from which to enjoy your garden. And just as indoors, there's a matching armchair to create an inviting, informal grouping.

If your tastes run rather more traditional, luxury and comfort can still be yours. One English classic that we've transformed into something rather special is the deckchair. Take a peek at our Leather Deckchair (pictured right) that comes in supple water-repellent hide with an optional cushioned headrest. Just perfect for relaxing after a spate of gardening or retreating with a good book on long summer afternoons.

But the final word has to go the British summer. It can be, well, British. Balmy sunshine one minute, torrential downpour the next. So on a practical note, luxurious though they are, these outdoor living ideas take into account the climate as much as possible with hardwoods which hold up against the elements. Who'd have thought such indulgence could be practical too?

We hope you enjoy our ideas and your summer...
