The Cottage Oak Coffee Table with Drawers is a unique table with trompe l'oeil drawers, and a top that slides open to reveal an expansive storage area for your newspapers, remote controls and other TV paraphernalia. Created from sustainably sourced solid red oak, with pine drawer bases and sides. The oak is lightly distressed before being coated with a light lacquer, which gives this coffee table ample amounts of rustic character.

A solid and well crafted piece of furniture delivered within 2 days, similar if not identical to something we'd seen in our very upmarket local furnishing store that was not available for 8 weeks. The Cotswold Company Reply We contacted this customer upon hearing that they were not happy with the finish on the item, and agreed to arrange a collection for a refund. The customer has advised they will be looking to order a replacement with us at a later date.

A: This coffee table has 2 drawers at the base which open from both sides. The top drawers are false, the table has a sliding top which pulls out from each side.
