Armington Acacia Large TV Unit

I was not at all happy with this purchase.When the Unit arrived i found that it was marked with what looked like chisel marks. When i complained that it was damaged i was told that this was because it was "distressed". There was no reference to this feature in the online description, neither were these marks obvious in the picture. (Can you see them?) I asked the delivery men to take the unit back immeadiately. After some dispute with Cotswold i was refunded the cost of the unit minus £45 delivery charge,which is being held on my account as a credit for 6 months after which it will be lost if i have not used it. I feel i was missold the product and feel agrieved that i was charged for the delivery of a Unit that does not match its original description.

2 years ago I bought a light oak TV unit beacause there weren't any darker colours available. As soon as I saw this one I knew it was for me and indeed I am very pleased with it. The only minor adjustment I had to make was to raise up the level of my movie disc player (which went in the bottom left slot - but this comment would equaly apply if it went in the bottom right slot)becasue the remote would not activate the controls through the bottom rail of the door. By standing the player on a suitable object the remotes work through the glass door. I am very pleased with the product and the prompt and eficient service from Cotswold.

Happy with my purchase. The colour and quality of the item is good. The only issue was delivery came a day later than we had arranged with the company.
