What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Swith or Maestro. We will not charge your card until your order is confirmed by our warehouse as despatched. As an additional security measure to combat unauthorised card use we will ask you to enter the last three digits printed on the reverse of your card at the checkout.

If you are not comfortable paying by credit card online, you can order by telephone on 0844 984 0003 If you wish to pay by cheque, we can only accept your order by mail. All prices shown are in £ (GBP) sterling, and include VAT. We regret that at this time we can only accept orders paid in sterling for delivery to the UK.

When will my credit card be debited?

Your card will be debited at the point of despatch which means:

Furniture items: When your goods are sent to our furniture carrier, who will contact you to confirm your delivery date.

All other items: When the item is passed to our parcel carrier, you should receive the item within 5 working days from this point.
