To maximise sales by offering outstanding customer service and providing high standards of visual presentation at all times. We pride ourselves on the welcoming and inspirational environment we create and our teams have a sense of personal responsibility for the success of our stores. Supervisors will be supporting the store manager through maximising sales and profit performance, delivering outstanding customer service, accurate stock management and implementation of commercial standards. Supervisors will also be great at motivating your team with a shared sense of pride and energy.
A retail, customer service or sales background is essential. You must be positive in outlook, keen to learn and have a confident approach to customer service. For our management roles, you must also have a strong commercial awareness and a motivational approach to team leadership and achieving set standards and targets.
A good rate of pay with store performance bonus potential and a generous staff discount. As a dynamic, expanding company, there's also great scope for career development opportunities. |
