So I may have had one too many wines last night and got my dates completely wrong so here’s my second attempt at day 29 // Lounging @myhousethismonth – this is the ‘grown up’ lounge aka the study. No kids allowed. Pah! The kids use this more than us – they lounge all over the show and often conveniently forget to take off their football boots or muddy clothes. Obvs I’m well chilled about it 😬🙄. . Hope Sunday treats you all well – I’m planning on eating my body weight in roast dinner and then a cheeky mindhunters binge tonight 🙌 . . #myhousethismonth #realhomesofinstagram #sodomino #myhouselikethis #myperiodhomestyle #myhousestory #cornerofmyhome #marieclairemaison #homesohard #periodhomesofinsta #mycovetedhome #myhomevibe #homeofficeideas #periodproperty #homeofficedesign #studyroomdesign #rockmystylishhome #homeofficedecor #abmlifeiscolorful #styleitlight #myhousebeautiful #planetlivingetc #northernhomesuk #inspotoyourhome #weeklyinteriorinspo #studyroom #apartmenttherapy #myhometrend #myhometoinspire #currenthomeview .

Our grand bookcases, like this Burford Painted one, not only look impressive but they’re undeniably practical too. Boasting ample storage space for books, knicks-knacks, memories and prized possessions, they make the perfect statement for your home. Find your grand statement online – or in-store – today.

This must be one of the cosiest hallways we’ve seen! The perfect entranceway to come home to on a chilly autumn evening with our Tetbury Grey Hallway Bench Set – bursting with storage potential for hanging coats and tucking away bags and shoes.

Our Radley Painted Bed and matching bedsides look so beautiful against the soft pink painted walls in Hannah’s bedroom. A perfect retreat from the inevitable cold, dark evenings of autumn to come.

Hi lovelies! Happy Saturday! My weekend will mainly be spent with a paintbrush in my hand but I hope the rain will stop long enough for me to take the girls to a local fair on Sunday! • The bedroom is almost finished, and we hope to be back sleeping in there by Sunday eve (currently camped out in the lounge 🙈) • I have something exciting for you all this eve so pop back around 7pm 😄 Have a wonderful day! • Some items previously gifted. • #katatcroftcorner #spotthenewtrend #interiordesigninspo #decorinspo #decorideas #myinterior #myhomevibe #interiordetailing #interiorstyled #myhyggehome #passion4interior #howwedwell #loveinterior #stellarspaces #bhghome #mybhg #instahomedecor #houseenvy #abmathome #topstylefiles #uohome #heyhomehey #interiordesigner #interiordesing #myhometrend #interiorwarrior #interior2all #dailydecordetail #mycovetedhome #houzz

Our range of baskets offer the perfect home for storing blankets and cushions following the arrival of autumn – as Kat shows us in her beautiful new home with our handy Rope Handled Basket.

A new addition to our Chantilly Living collection, we love how Lucy has styled the Large Bookcase. For books, knick-knacks, photos and house plants, the warm white finish will complement a range of decor styles.

When we say to our friends and family that it would have been easier to knock the cottage down and build a new build… we are not lying. This shot may be today, but last year was a completely different story.. . . Last summer we were desperately trying to fit our kitchen before Arlo arrived, as well as finish our room and the nursery. Mr D had finished building the second extension, we’d knocked through and added two huge steel beams, lifted in by hand by Mr D and his brothers 😬😬😬 We’d just completed the lime plastering in the dining room section of the kitchen, ripped the concrete floor up to find beautiful original Cotswold flagstones… Had a cry over not being able to repair the flagstones and having to cover them up. Took light from the fact we’d chosen new flags pretty much exactly the same! Laid the underfloor heating and new flagstones, all with the help of my lovely brother in laws! BUT… this is how we were living. For months and months… heavily pregnant.. no sink… (and don’t forget upstairs was also a building site.) It just seemed like one little thing after the other stopping us from getting to the end! We had to re run all the electrics, and there was only so much holiday Mr D could take. So we still didn’t have ceilings in here until we got round to doing it at Christmas. Would I do it again? YES. Because I am a maniac. (But thank goodness this space is finally done!) . . Anyway… I could blab on for ages but I’m sharing this for a few reasons. 1. (And the main one) Because I know a lot of you are living like this currently. Keep going and you will have a space you love! 2. Because I am so proud to have done all this with our own bare hands. And 3. Because yes, I need to sand the table and oil it, as I still need to do with the butchers block. I need to clean the floors from where Arlo drops his food everywhere. I need to paint the table and chairs as they’ve only had one coat. The list is never ending, but right now and for the foreseeable future…. I just want to enjoy this space that we’ve created. Our home ❤️ . . . (Discount received on the larder of dreams as part of the @cotswoldco ambassador partnership)

The most beautiful of country kitchens! Our Lundy Stone Double Larder takes pride of place in Emma’s Cotswolds cottage.

We love how versatile our Chester Grey Bedroom range is. Complementing the dark-painted walls seen here, it works beautifully with neutral decor schemes too.

Laura has created such a beautifully calm and neutral bedroom. Our Lundy Stone Grey bedroom range complements her modern country decor style perfectly.
