We have ideas for every room in your home and for every requirement, whether that’s an invaluable storage solution, inspiration for entertaining, or stylish finishing touches for a fresh new look. We work with a range of skilled manufacturers and independent companies who use traditional furniture-making methods and many of our pieces are crafted and finished by hand.

Beautiful products form an important part of the picture but we know what happens behind the scenes is just as crucial to complete customer satisfaction. Over the past two years we’ve invested heavily in a complete overhaul of the operational side of our business. Some of the areas we’ve improved include:

• Developing our own, dedicated and knowledgeable customer service team who are on hand to take your call 7 days a week, with newly extended opening hours on weekdays.
• Our experienced in-house after-sales team are ready to answer any queries or resolve any issues you may have as swiftly as possible.
• 4 out of 5 products are in stock for swift despatch.
• We offer a choice of delivery dates for the majority of mainland UK orders and usually deliver between 7-10 days.
• We’ve put stringent QC procedures in place to maintain high quality levels both at manufacturing source and within our fulfilment centre.
• If, for any reason, your order arrives with a fault or is damaged, we will either replace it or issue you a full refund. If you decide your order isn’t suitable after all, you can return it for a refund. See our terms and conditions sections for more details on returning items to us.
• We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the processes and methods undertaken are ethical and that materials are sourced responsibly.
• Our logistics methods are under constant review to make sure we are offering the best delivery service at the fairest price.
