Good quality bed and well wrapped when delivered.
Only gripe was with Cotswold, after waiting ages for delivery they could only give us a delivery slot of sometime between 7am and 7pm!!! Not ideal when you have to work!! I would of thought that on the day (or preferably the day before) they would have known the planned delivery route and would have been able to narrow down the timeslot.
Puts me off ever using this company again, shame because the product is great!
