Delighted with the bed and the speed of delivery. One small thing is that the 3 supporting legs have a tendency to move, so you need to check that they are upright every couple of days

Our bed had the brackets missing. We were sent the wrong parts before eventually receiving the correct ones, only to discover there were bolts missing too! We purchased these ourselves rather than wait for them to be posted!

Are you kidding, I have emailed you about how dissatisfied I was with your service. I think you should check your EMAILS, I sent it on the 14th to your help@cotswoldco.com address, and have not received a reply. I have thankfully received a full refund, so I thank you for that.
