I love the hinge mechanism on this item of furniture which is extremely practical and keeps the box open whilst you are putting things in it!

The box I received split at the back when opened due to a faulty stay and a rather weak back panel. A replacement (upgraded without further charge) was despatched immediately without question, so VERY SATISFIED with service received.

Good quality piece of furniture, delivered fully built and ready to use. Looks really nice as bag/boot storage in the hall and provides an additional seat! Particularly like the soft opening/closing mechanism.
