Even taking into account this item being one of the smaller bedroom items I was extremely disappointed that this was considered a hallway delivery. As mentioned in my email to you I had to get someone to come and move this item which was blocking a doorway as no hall up my stairs which are around orders at the top as I am 61 with severe asthma. I did not find the response I received satisfactory or particularly apologetic. This will be my last purchase with you.
