Product specifications
This wardrobe is part assembled. The side panels require attaching to the base unit, and the top and doors also require fitting. Please allow an hour to assemble this product ensuring that there is sufficient space for construction. Assembly requires two people.

Build quality 3 out of 5 as it was quite tricky to build and took my husband and his dad a good few hours. Also, one of the doors is very difficult to open as the magnet seems too strong, making the whole wardrobe shaky when opening this door. The big drawer is a bit stiff to open too. I'd give it 4 out of 5 for value for money as it is a beautiful piece of solid wood furniture at a good price.

Whilst we do have numerous procedures in place to ensure that items arrive with our customers in perfect condition, there is the rare occasion when things can slip through the net. If this happen then we are more than happy to come to an amicable resolution with the customer. I would suggest putting some candle wax in the runner of the drawer as this will help to loosen any stiffness. I will be very surprised if this review actually makes it on the site. Our experience has been terrible. We have purchased the whole set of Burford Painted furntiure. The delivery guy's came through my house like a herd of elephants, chunks out of walls etc. The triple wardrobe was damaged. We are very easy going and contacted sand a replacement was arranged. Today was our third weekend waiting in and the replacement arrived, damaged again! We are at our wits end and no one seems to be taking it seriously. We have been told that the Qulaity manager would inspect this last wardrobe before it left the warehouse, he must be colour blind and unsure of what quality means. The trim of the wardrobe is a totally different colour white, the doors were all cracked (again). We truly are at our wits end Cotswold!

It is quite a job to put this wardrobe together taking 2 (at times possibly 3) people to put together. The back panels of the wardrobe are also slightly flimsy. HOWEVER for the overall cost this is a great looking piece of furniture: I am very happy with my wardrobes (I purchased 2 less than a month ago) and I have had already had a couple of compliments from friends about how nice they are.
