I’m very disappointed and saddened as bought end of July , at full price £399 and it arrives damaged . Chip right in the front therefore visible to everyone, on the middle fixed shelf . Email was sent to customer service along with photo of damage but no response- not even an apology. Will not be using this company again . Will not recommend to family and friends .

I was very disappointed that the handle is fixed in such away that the screw causes damage to the interior shelf. The handle itself is also far too flimsy and is designed such that it comes off in your hand if you're not careful when opening the door.
I emailed Cotswold Co. a day after delivery with my concerns and have had no response to date. Ironically the only email I have had from them was an invitation to review the product.
