These Chairs were excellent Value and Quality. One Chair arrived with faulty screws and fittings, I Emailed Customer Services who were polite, helpful and efficient and a new packet of fittings was with me within 2 days.
Excellent service and quality and I would not hesitate to recommend the Company to anyone.

Very poor quality control which meant that wrong parts were sent and the chairs could not be constructed. I think there's a real problem with self-assembly furniture when this aspect is not highlighted sufficiently and parts and instructions are not monitored to a high enough standard. Once chairs were constructed (after two phone calls and spare part deliveries) the chairs were fine. However several fruitless hours were spent on their construction. The complaint was dealt with in a satisfactory way but initial quality control remains an issue.

Chairs look really great, my husband and I bought them to match the table and bench set in the same room. However they were not easy to put together the seat of the chair was very fiddly.
