These chairs are sleek and smart looking and they arrived in perfect condition and on time. When they first arrived they felt slightly uncomfortable, but within a week of use they became one of the most comfy chairs I've ever sat in. I think the seat needed to "relax" a bit before they reached their maximum comfort level. They are light enough to move around but still very stable and substantial. I'm absolutely pleased with them in both appearance and comfort. I also had some slight complications in ordering and I was really impressed with the manner in which the Cotswold staff handled my situation. Specifically, Rachel was very professional, returning my calls promptly and got me sorted quickly. I am truly impressed with the company's professionalism as well as the products.
