Firstly , the company were quick to offer me a discount on the table. I chose this option since the table would have been recycled and I was confident I could repair the damage. The company provided the Farrow &Ball colour, which I have ordered. Having bought in the past, from the Coldecote French Grey range...many pieces..highly delighted....this table was a huge disappointment. Yes, a different range, but I had hoped, similar high standard of finish. While the packaging was impeccable, undamaged, the unwrapped table had deep gouges in one leg and a long 12 inch crack along the side up-holds. The top was undamaged. My assumption was that it had been packaged with these faults. I am content to repair and have a discount to purchase paint. The customer should not be the quality controller. I was able to photograph the damage and send it right away. I accepted the reduction in cost. Never the less, The table was not cheap. I would say that my confidence in the exquisite quality provided by this company, has taken a dent. Repairs underway and happy with the style of this table.

The table that I was sent was of very poor quality which I returned and had a full refund I was very disappointed with cotswold
