Price of table is reasonable, price of delivery ('free') is ridiculous since you pay extra for it to be carried from your front door to the desired room. There is no option for having it delivered free to the doorstep, carrying it yourself into the room, and then having it put together!! I was told I would have to tighten the pedestal nuts myself since the tools provided didn't have the relevant spanner so I provided the spanner. The table is pretty, not massively stable when extended, probably because it is a pedestal model. The extension panel pulls up from underneath, easy once one knows how but with a tendency to stick - this can be rectified by waxing the runner with a candle. I had occasion to contact Customer Services with various queries both before and after I had ordered the table and have only praise for their prompt and helpful response each time. The table was delivered on a date and time to suit me and the delivery men wasted no time in putting the table together, were polite and courteous.

extremely disappointing - table took in excess of 10 weeks to arrive and then the fixings were not included and only scant instructions. replacement fixings sent were the wrong ones and despite 2 hours fiddling trying to get it assembled had to give up and return table. Not convinced base man enough to support top eespecially when extended. Customer service very efficient and helpful though it has to be said and i have received a full refund - total waste of time all round though, big shame....

I paid to have this assembled which was a waste of money as it was not done correctly. The table is very wobbly both with and without the extension leaf. Quite a nice finish to the top. Overall I could not recommend this to anyone unless they were looking for 'an occasional use' table. Very disappointed.
