A lovely dresser which arrived today but delivery was a joke. Van with no tailgate arrived and then two guys hauled it out on to a sack barrow and hefted in to the house, I had paid for the unpacking service but they had no idea of that and dumped the base upside down and the top on its side. I just wanted them gone. So I think this will be the last time I ever buy from Cotswoldco. If they cannot employ or sub contract to reliable delivery firms then they should not promise delivery times. They were nice enough guys but completely clueless and not professional at all.

Disappointed that the drawers don't have any runners or backstops - it's all to easy to pull a drawer out of the dresser completely. Well made apart from that.
