Really pleased with the furniture but the delivery time was ridiculous and then didn't arrive and had to wait even longer. Customer service was appalling too.

I can see that you are unhappy with the service, although the product gets a good review. I'm very sorry that you had to wait so long for this unit. Unfortunately we were let down by our suppliers and thus the delivery to yourself was delayed far beyond what we would normally expect. This is definitely not the standards to which we aspire and, again, I do apologise for the service you received on this occassion.

Very pleased with the Farmhouse Dresser which provides the storage we need, looks attractive and being in the sale, was good value for money. Less pleased with the delivery arrangements which left a lot to be desired.

I am really happy with the dresser, it is a beautiful piece of furniture, and it was great that the guys who delivered it put it exactly where I wanted it, and took packaging away. I'm hoping you might make a dining table and chairs in the future in ivory, as I would love to have one to match the dresser.

the dresser was fine. but the 14-16 weeks wait for delivery was a joke. having paid in full in August, i finally got delivery in January
