Excellent, well made product. Customer service less than proactive, had to chase order when no updates provided after 8 weeks. Took 3 months to received from date of purchase. Simply too long.
The Cotswold Company reply:
We are really pleased that this customer was happy with her product but obviously disappointed to hear that she feels the service she received from our Sales department was less than satisfactory. These products are made to order and unfortunately it did take longer than initially anticipated for our manufacturers to build and deliver this product (an issue with has now subsequently been resolved), and we do try to communicate any updates from our suppliers as soon as we have received them.
