Few bits that are not quite right. There is a screw visible on the inside coming through from the bottom, and the base is cracked slightly underneath. But even imperfect it’s much better made than others I have seen and it looks beautiful filled with glasses. Excellent delivery even through the snow!

This really is a lovely display cabinet. It looks more expensive than it was and I've seen similar pieces of furniture for more. The overall affect is quite timeless although I suppose it looks like a contemporary take on a collector's cabinet. The bevelled glass is particularly pretty when the light shines on it. I am so glad I bought this instead of a bookcase. I have put some books in it along with some of my favourite things; it really suits carvings, shells, botanical and unusual things I've picked up over the years. I am really pleased with it. I have dropped a star on build quality because although it seems to be well built and sturdy there is a slight difference in the door handle heights and there are very small gaps in a couple of places where the wood joins. However, it is a lovely light oak piece of furniture and has transformed an old and darkish living room.

We fitted this under our kitchen island unit and it matches a unit of 6 drawers which we had purchased a few years ago.
It has a great capacity and is used to store large cookery books and other large tomes.
It is well made and is pleasing on the eye as well as being very practical.
