Delighted with the Monks Bench, just what we needed for our hallway. Had been deliberating for a long time about buying it online as it's always hard to tell what the quality will be like but very glad we chose this one from The Cotswold Company. Great price for a very solid bench. Would definitely recommend it.

Ordered this bench for the hallway - fits in with the oak style perfectly and the drawers hide away all sorts of bits and pieces - they are perhaps a little short if you want to put shoes, particularly adult mens shoes, in the drawers but otherwise we are very happy with the purchase, particularly as the first bench delivered was moderately 'warehouse soiled' and Cotswold delivered a replacement very promptly

Really pleased with this purchase. We've spent lots of time researching Oak Monks benches for our vestibule and this meets our needs perfectly. It's a perfect size, looks great, has a good build quality and is an excellent price, which is more than acceptable for the very slight reduction in sturdiness when compared with the much more expensive competition. Excellent buy we would strongly recommend The Cotswold Company!
