Holding at least eight pairs in its handy compartments, there are also three useful drawers to stow away other leaving-the-house bits and bobs. Constructed using solid oak and high quality oak veneers, this chunky bench makes a useful perch for putting shoes and boots on and off and is finished with a clear lacquer to let the rich grain and natural beauty of the wood shine through.

Very pleased with it. Lovely finish. The only complaint is that the spaces for the shoes are not wide enough for a man's shoe - what a shame!

Really useful piece of furniture, works really well in our hallway. Not suitable for very large shoes (size 10+) or boots as the spaces are relatively narrow.

Well made but the shoe compartments are sized for Asian shoes which are not as deep as western ones which do not slip in easily.An inch higher wood make all the difference.
