Great inexpensive unit ideal for busy utility room. Basket large enough to store son's PE kits so he's got no excuse not to be organised. Really well wrapped so arrived in good condition. Delivery was atrocious. Waited in all day from 7am to 7pm and he didn't show and there was no call to say why. When I rung customer support they were helpful but claimed the driver couldn't find my house and had rung me to ask for directions. All lies as my phone records all calls made and received and I live on a main road with houses that have been built for decades and a postcode that all sat navs find!!! Literally as I hung up after giving precise directions to the person in the office, the van pulled up outside. The delivery person was unfriendly and lazy and if he could, would have left the item in my tiny porch instead of moving it a couple of feet into the cleared hall. As he couldn't balance it on the door frame he shoved it into the hall but only just and in such a position that I couldn't close my internal front door nor use the stairs or the main door to the lounge. Three feet further down the hall and it would have been perfectly out of the way. As I had ordered three bulky items, he then tried to stack all 3 items very precariously on top of each other infront of a valuable piano. Come on cotswold get your delivery people as courteous as your office staff!! I know this isn't a one-off as the same delivery person did exactly the same a few weeks early when he delivered a tv unit to my elderly mother's bungalow leaving her to haul it a few feet so she could shut her front door and access her kitchen. He was also late in delivering there too. I certainly didn't expect the delivery person to unwrap or even place the item in the right room but certainly to leave it in a reasonable place and be reasonably friendly. The whole delivery experience has really put me off ordering again but I hope this might be specific to my geographic location so if you don't live in Staffordshire you might be much luckier!

Because of the way Cotswold measure their items (which I found confusing and so did my friends when I mentioned it to them) the shelf was too big for the space I had intended it for, so I had to return it, which cost me £30. The seat/shoe tidy is fine.

Measurements confusing, so had to return the top half as it didn't fit the space. Cushion tends to slip off the seat every time you sit on it.
