Very pleased with this purchase. Kids love getting ready in the morning as their gloves, hat are stored in the bench. I get their coats ready on the side so when I say "get dressed", there is no rush and confusion what they are putting on.
Very functional, well built, well painted. Great piece of furniture.
We also made a cushion to put on top of the bench, just to add some colour.

Agree with lots of other reviews. It's a really smart looking addition to the hall. Great narrow dimensions for the space but still holds a lot of shoes. It's really solidly built. The only down side, which other reviews have mentioned is that if you let go of the lid it will come down with quite a thud. If they just changed the design and put in a soft closing hinge or a bracket like a on a desk lid this product would be perfect.

This bench is TINY so all the previous reviews were right and check the measurements properly before ordering and regretting this purchase like I did.
