Excellent really, thought was going to be too big but is perfect, and solidly built. I was initially looking at Evesham Corner Computer Desk for £385 but decided thew extra oak and weight difference not to mention the finish, persuaded me to opt for this. Also recommend getting the delivery guys to build as took them about an hour and they do it all the time (though the instructions should i ever move seem simple). Keyboard tray is really solid as well, with the runnings of an excellent sturdy build, which i had though may let it down (put full weigh leaning on it and not budged). Back of the cupboards offer a 5cm diameter hole at the back of right-hand side. The left-hand side has a bigger square opening about 15cm square. For the negative very little, but there is a slight ridge (1mm) for the back corner of the desk and the oak dowels at 4 corners of differing prominence to the surface. but these are minor points on an excellent corner desk. So thrilled with this purchase, was looking for about three months and nothing else came close to the value of this or quality now its here. Well recommended.
Delighted with my new desk. Really solid, lovely woody smell, lots of space for all my things. Beware though that this desk comes with a lot of packaging - I didn't choose the option to have the packaging taken away but wish I had as have had to make a couple of trips to the tip with all the polystyrene! It's a gorgeous desk and I spend many happy hours working at it.
I bought this desk 12 months ago and if I'd reviewed it straight away I would have given it 5 stars as it really is a beautiful piece of furniture. Sadly, 12 months later on my computer desk no longer looks as beautiful as it did on arrival. The surface wax has worn off in patches making it look really tatty even though it has not had heavy use. When I phoned Cotswolds looking for advice I was told to buy wax from a DIY shop and sand down my desk. I don't however feel confident doing this as I am no expert and feel I shouldn't have to after only 12 months. This is particularly disappointing as I have 5 pieces of furniture from the Cotswolds and have been delighted with every other item.
