I had to return the cupboard because it was not well finished; there was a deep scratch on the top and one of the top edges looked like a sawn edge and was not fully painted. These manufacturing faults should have been noticed during any Quality Control process. The carton the cupboard was in was quite bashed about so I don't think the package was carefully treated during delivery. Even with free delivery, a customer should have the option to choose morning or afternoon delivery or have a phone call within an hour of delivery; very few people can be at home all day, from 8 am to 6 pm. On the plus side, Customer Services Assistants were excellent. I would award 4 stars for Value for Money for a perfect cupboard.

Great little cupboard that fits just nicely in my cottage kitchen .. The only thing I would request is to have 4 instead of 3 shelves and that you could adjust the height as I find them a bit deep and space wasting ... I also couldn't remove the wooden strip that comes with the packaging and damaged the wood slightly trying to prise it off. But good quality overall ..
