The quality of the item itself seems fine. I'm generally prepared to pay the (relative)extra for Cotswold items but the delivery experience was poor (wrong item delivered twice) and I'd expect right first time for the premium pricing.

The size is good but the quality is poor, the top looks like solid wood in the picture but the middle panel is very thin and flexible! Also the finish is very orange. Disappointing.

I was so impressed with this item I have just ordered another.
This set of bookshelves was easy to assemble and is a really good looking piece of furniture it compliments my other pieces of oak furniture that I have purchased from another company very well.
