Nice solid unit. Only down side is it does not have a flat top, so you have to put a piece of wood on the top if you want to display something.

Other reviews refer to the impression of a solid wood top, but it's actually recessed, so at least I knew about this aspect before purchase.

Nice looking bookcase but slight issue - sharp bits of nail sticking out of the back panel which is why I've only given it 3 stars.
