Tucking away neatly into small spaces, this charming little bookcase will look smart in any room. Slim and compact, it will hold books, DVDs and CDs on its three shelves. It will sit nicely next to your bed in lieu of a bedside table if space is at a premium, or in a child’s bedroom as an easily accessible bookcase for their Horrid Henry collection. Made from oak and oak veneers, its elegant lines will complement any décor, and it’s finished with a hardwearing lacquer to protect against the rigours of family life.

I am pleased with this small bookcase and it is ideal storage for my CDs . However when I unpacked it there was some mould on the back panels!

Perfect little bookcase that fits beautifully in my hall. The back panel is not quite perfect hence the 3 out of 5 for build quality but for the money it is a bargain.
The Cotswold Company reply:
Thanks for your positive feedback on this item and I'm pleased to hear that it fits in its new home. With regards to the back panels, I can advise that they are constructed with loose fit tongue and groove to allow for the natural expansion/contraction of solid timber. If the back panel was rigid it wouldn’t allow the item to expand/contract naturally and it could split and bow. You should be able to slide them slightly to cover up the gap should you wish, but please give us a call should you have any problems with this. Lewis High (Quality Control Manager)
