The service on the delivery of this item was not ideal - I found the distribution company curt and inflexible and it was very much I had to fit in with them not the other way around despite the level of delivery service I paid for. The actual delivery slot was not adhered to after all the phone calls arranging it - it was lucky that I just happened to be in as they turned up outwith the agreed slot. The delivery driver himself was rude and clearly speed rather than quality of service was his priority almost refusing to let me check the item over before I signed for it - he was clearly not happy that I insisted and his pals in the van were equally not happy as they sat outside my house in their van peeping their horn impatiently! When we tried to remove the item from its box a base strut broke without much effort indicating poor quality workmanship - I was just so keen to get rid of the delivery man we have just accepted the item and repaired it ourselves. Therefore I will be thinking twice before ordering again from you particularly if you are using the same distribution company.

Brilliant service, excellent delivery, very pleased with our Plantation 2 drawer chest. It is of a very high quality. Very nice website with easy ordering and trouble free purchase. Ordering from the Cotswold Company has been hugely satisfying after having dealt with some rogue websites recently! We will definitely use again.
