Sorry no stars for anything . The furniture arrived, two sets of these tables all the way from China no mention of that in the catalogue and both sets were completely broken on every joint as if they had been dropped from a great height. Splintered wood enabled us to see they were chipboard painted and batoned together with pieces of wood. Really disappointed obviously, having had some lovely chairs four or five years previously.
We were excited to receive the nest of tables having visited the showroom and seen the quality of the furniture and were hoping to purchase much bigger pieces of furniture from the company. However, the table arrived quite badly damaged, which was disappointing. Whilst this was probably a one off occurrence, the overall feel of the nest of tables isn't solid and is wobbly. The customer service was quick and efficient and we decided to keep the tables rather than wait in another day for the return/delivery. We have since fixed the damage. A small reduction in the cost of the table was offered. So overall a bit disappointing and I would think again before purchasing any larger more significant items of furniture from them.

I was disappointed to hear of your experience with the furniture being damaged in the delivery process, we obviously try to prevent this from happening with ample packaging but damage does sometimes happen. Having looked into this I can see that we have offered to either exchange, collect for refund or offered a partial refund for the item. Very pleased with furniture,but very disappointed with the delivery. My window was an all day one. After taking a day off from work,it didn't arrive. I found it hard trying to speak to someone on the phone,who could help me. It arrived the next day, the excuse being, they didn't have time. Have had many things delivered to my home,and never had such a delay, and such a pathetic excuse. Will think twice in future.
